Robert Labardee

Founder and CEO

Robert Labardee is the founder and CEO of Lightbridge, the applied-AI and enterprise-systems consulting firm, and a Marine Corps aviation veteran who led an airborne electronic-warfare team maintaining RF, laser, and countermeasure systems on military aircraft. A hands-on systems engineer and machine-learning practitioner since 2010, he built computer-vision and signal-processing systems, including FMCW-LIDAR 3D facial recognition at Digital Signal Corporation, then carried that engineering depth into more than a decade of enterprise systems architecture: solutions architecture and business-process redesign across revenue operations, sales and CRM, finance and accounting, and product management, with deep hands-on NetSuite and Salesforce work. He holds a certificate in artificial intelligence from MIT and an IEEE certification, and is pursuing Anthropic's Claude Certified Architect credential. He founded and sets the technical direction for the Lightbridge advisory, ERP, cloud, software, and AI practices, where deep systems expertise meets applied AI and Claude.
