Information We Collect

Lightbridge collects information you provide directly when you submit a form on lightbridge.ai, including your name, business email address, company name, and the content of your message. We also collect technical and usage data automatically, including IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, referring URLs, and UTM marketing parameters.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, provide the services you request, and follow up about relevant offerings. We use technical and usage data, in aggregate, to operate and improve our websites, measure marketing effectiveness, and understand visitor behavior. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and Tracking

Our websites use a first-party tracking script operated through our RevOps platform and Google Analytics 4. We store a visitor identifier in your browser localStorage (retained for up to two years) and a session identifier in sessionStorage (cleared when you close the tab). These identifiers help us attribute marketing activity and understand return visits. You can clear this data at any time through your browser settings.

Third-Party Services

We rely on a small number of service providers that process data on our behalf: Google Analytics for usage analytics, Cloudflare for website hosting and security, and our RevOps platform for form processing and marketing attribution. Each provider is bound by its own privacy and security obligations, and we do not authorize them to use your information for their own purposes.

Data Retention

We retain form submissions and related correspondence for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain our business relationship, and as required by law. Aggregated and anonymized usage data may be retained indefinitely. The visitor identifier persists for up to two years unless you clear it.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict its processing, to request a copy of it, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Lightbridge does not sell personal information. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below, and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

International Data Transfers

Lightbridge is based in the United States, and the information we collect is processed there. If you access our websites from outside the United States, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

Children's Privacy

Our websites are intended for business audiences and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Data Security

Lightbridge is pursuing ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II certification, both in progress. All data is transmitted over HTTPS, and form submissions are processed through our secure RevOps platform. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date shown above, and material changes will be noted on this page.
